GUIDELINES
GENERAL RULES
- Each participating college is expected to send one member of their faculty along with the participants. In exceptional cases, student-body representatives may be allowed in place of the faculty member.
- Each college can send a maximum of two non-participants as audience to the college.
- The participants will not be allowed to enter the premises if they are not in possession of their college ID.
- To ensure objectivity at the time of judgement, the participants must come in casual clothes and not in their college uniform.
- A student can participate in only one out of the five competitions.6. Registrations will close by 10 A.M. and no entries will be entertained after that.
- The Organizing Committee reserves all rights to make any changes in the rules. The decision of the judges will be final.

DIALECTICA – Debate Competition
- The topic of the debate is ‘WESTERN FEMINISM IS RELEVANT TO THE INDIAN SOCIETY’.
- The time duration of 3+1 minutes. The first three minutes will be to present your case and the fourth minute will serve as your conclusive remarks. After these four minutes, the participant will be allowed a maximum of one minute for rebuttal/cross-questioning.
- The medium of debate is English only.
- A college can send a maximum of two teams, i.e., a total of four participants – two ‘For the Motion’ and two ‘Against the Motion’.
JIGYASA – Quiz Contest
- There will be two members in each team.
- A college can send a maximum of two teams.
- There will be a preliminary Written Round of 30 minutes before the Final Live Round.
- The Final Round will be of a mixed nature, there will be questions from all possible subjects. There will also be Audio/Visual rounds.
PIXELLENCE – Photography Competition
- The time duration of the photography competition is 2 hours and no extra time will be given.
- The theme will be announced on the spot.
- Participants should bring their own digital cameras/DSLR and laptops equipped with editing software.
- Pictures clicked with mobile phones will not be accepted.
- Pictures must be clicked and edited inside the PCW college campus.
- Each institute can send amaximum oftwo participants.
- The format of the entry submission is .jpeg.
ORABELLE – Painting Competition
- The time duration of painting competition is two and a half hours and no extra time will be given.
- The theme will be announced on the spot.
- Participants will be provided with sheets.They must bring their own painting material.
- Each institute can send maximum two participants.
OCTAVE – Singing Competition
- The time duration per song is 3 minutes.
- This will be a solo event and participants can bring their own instruments or music tracks.
- Participants can either sing in English or Hindi.
- Each institute can send a maximum of two participants.
